Rangu Salgame is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a Singapore headquartered pan-Asia digital infrastructure company, backed by global investors Warburg Pincus, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Mubadala.

Rangu has been a transformative growth leader throughout his career, who has made market changing impact at Tata Communications, Cisco Systems and Verizon Communications. He has been turning company business portfolios into high value outcomes, partnering with government and business leaders in diverse cultural environments in over 30 countries such as China, India, Brazil and the Middle East as well as the US, Europe, and Japan.

Rangu is a member of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council at The Brookings Institution. He also serves on the boards of BCIU and TrickleUp, a global trade policy organization and a non-profit development organization respectively. Rangu holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Varoon Raghavan is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Digital Group (PDG). Varoon is responsible for execution of the company’s vision to support the expansion of hyperscalers and enterprises in Asia Pacific with a world-class Pan Asian Internet infrastructure portfolio.

Prior to founding PDG, Varoon led diverse functions at Tata Communications including sales and marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and corporate development to deliver exceptional value in growth, start-up and turnaround situations. He was instrumental in growing the company’s data center business and successfully executed it’s carve-out and majority stake sale to a strategic investor.

Varoon has lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia and is an industry veteran with more than nearly two decades of experience in the internet infrastructure industry. He serves as a member of Infrastructure Masons Advisory Council. He is a thought leader and a regular contributor to the industry community in operations and sustainability.

Varoon holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Niall Hannigan is the Chief Financial Officer of Princeton Digital Group (PDG).

With more than 30 years of experience, Niall has a track record of value creation across the energy and real estate sectors. Most recently, Niall was the CFO of Masdar, one of the world’s largest renewable energy companies. With over 14 years at Masdar as its finance leader, he was instrumental in scaling the company from start-up mode to a portfolio of 20 Gigawatts (GW) across 40 countries with a combined value of more than USD30 billion. Prior to that, Niall was the CFO and regional CFO, respectively, of Zabeel Properties and Emaar Properties (a listed real estate company). He has also worked at Colliers and KPMG.

Catherine Liu is General Counsel for Princeton Digital Group (PDG) where she is responsible for managing legal compliance and corporate governance for the Group.

With over 12 years’ experience across Asia, Catherine specializes in high value, cross border M&A transactions in the technology and real estate sectors.

A commercially astute advisor who works closely with senior business leaders, Catherine has represented and negotiated against some of the world’s largest institutional investors and corporates as an attorney with Morrison & Foerster, and Allen & Overt.

Asher Ling is the global Chief Technology Officer & Managing Director of Singapore for Princeton Digital Group (PDG).

One of the founding members of PDG, Asher leads the global engineering teams to build and design state-of-the-art, next-gen data centers that harnesses the latest technology for design, sustainability and operational efficiency.

He leads PDG’s wider Singapore+ strategy that will enable customers to seamlessly expand their infrastructure from Singapore to the company’s highly scalable data center campuses in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia) and Johor (Malaysia).

With close to 20 years’ experience in the data center industry, Asher is a passionate industry veteran who regularly contributes to thought leadership in various local and global industry associations. He is also a member of the Open Computing Project, iMasons as well as an Exco member of SGTech’s Data Center Chapter.

Earlier in his career, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Kingsland. His other roles include key positions with KPMG and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

Vipin Shirsat is the Managing Director of India for Princeton Digital Group (PDG).

He leads a team of over 40, comprising of the industry’s leading engineers, operations, strategic sales, and project managers. Vipin is responsible for driving PDG’s business strategy in India and operations for its MU1 facility in Mumbai.

With over 15 years’ experience, Vipin is a versatile and steadfast business leader who has built strong teams in the Data Center, Mobile Internet, Credit Card, Equity Research and Enterprise Telecom industry. He has also worked with multinational companies including Tata Group, Bharti Airtel and American Express.

Vipin holds a Masters in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from VJTI, Mumbai.

Takahashi is responsible for the execution of PDG’s ~100 MW data center in Saitama and for executing the company’s long term growth strategy in Japan.

Takahashi is a 22-year veteran of Mitsui & Co, with deep experience in industrial real estate development and infrastructure investment. He was most recently the General Manager at Mitsui, where he built and led a strong team and was responsible for all the investments and execution of the company’s real estate projects across Southeast Asia and China.

Frederic Daniel van Husen is the Managing Director of Princeton Digital Group in Indonesia, where his focus is on accelerating the deployment of cutting-edge data center infrastructure. His mission is to create robust, scalable and sustainable solutions that empower PDG’s customers in one of Asia Pacific’s most vibrant economies.

With over a decade rich, international experience in growth projects across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, Frederic has an extensive background in navigating complex international trade related supply chains, and managing large-scale, sector-diverse projects.

In his previous roles, Frederic led HVAC projects across multiple Gulf states, where he established successful partnerships with private groups and public entities. This includes delivering across the whole value chain as well as deployment of advanced technologies and solutions in Southeast Asia to support major industrial conglomerates.

His recent tenure as Managing Director for DKSH’s Technology Unit in Indonesia, saw him successfully meet the intricate technological demands of the hyperscale and colocation industry and support the unique demands of local and international clients in the data center space.

Yanfei is responsible for the overall business and operations of PDG’s China portfolio. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Engineering of PDG, leading the team to successfully build and deliver several world class hyperscale facilities in Shanghai, Nanjing, Langfang and other locations. Prior to that, he worked at Baidu for 8 years and was responsible for the management and construction of Baidu’s self-built IDC project and Baidu’s R&D center headquarters.

He has exhibited strong professional leadership and exceptional management skills throughout the entire lifecycle of the data center industry. His extensive practical experience and outstanding achievements underscore his expertise in this field.
